Then came frontman Maynard James Keenan’s comments toward the end of their noticeably aromatic Orpheum Theatre concert last Friday. “All the ticket stubs have been laced with LSD,” he said. “There will be some extraterrestrials outside the show to help guide you to your car.” Maybe the band was trying to give more bang for the 66 bucks the tickets cost (for a 90-minute show, albeit a mighty one).
