マンソンの裁判について。
マンソンがポゴに対し、「契約不履行」で対抗訴訟を起こしました。同様の訴訟は、以前にもデイジーとの間に起きています。マンソン側は、ポゴがバンドの許可なくコンサート音源を売却したり、レコーディングやプロモーションに理由なく遅刻したり、参加しなかった事を契約不履行として訴えています。公聴会は1月23日の予定です。
Manson Countersues Former Bandmate
LOS ANGELES (AP) – Marilyn Manson has struck back against his former bandmate by countersuing for breach of contract. The rocker claimed in court papers filed Wednesday in Los Angeles Superior Court that keyboardist Stephen Bier did not carry out obligations to take part in master recordings, concerts and the selling of band merchandise.

Bier often showed up late for recording sessions, performances and promotional appearances, and handed confidential info over to the media and other outsiders without the band’s permission, says the complaint filed in L.A. Superior Court.
When it became obvious in 1996 that Manson had become the group’s leader and focal point, he and Bier dissolved their business partnership, but the keyboardist continued to collect income from the group’s album royalties, concerts and merchandise sales, the suit says.
