Despite opening with raw takes on “Double Dare” and “In the Flat Field,” with stately Murphy radiating vampiric grandeur and guitarist Daniel Ash’s piercing feedback providing unsettling atmosphere, the band seemed well aware it had yet another battle against audience boredom on its hands. Introducing the quartet as Reznor’s “invited” or “intimate” guests – both make sense – Murphy then put it bluntly: “You gotta get through us before you get to them.”

前門の虎後門の狼。海外記事より。アーロンが客席に投げたマイクスタンドで（客に殴られて）負傷したと主張する当時のセキュリティスタッフによって訴えられました。アーロンが暴れているYoutubeの画像は、どこかのハードロックカフェかしらね。しかし、いつかのマンソンのセクハラ訴訟の時も思いましたが、こういうのもパフォーマンスの内なんだから大目に見られないもんですかねえ。確かマンソンの訴訟の時も次々に似たような事を言い出す連中が続いたような気が。今回も金目当ての連中が出てきそうね。

Nine Inch Nails has been sued for allegedly injuring a man “intentionally, violently and without just cause.”
In a lawsuit obtained by TMZ, Mark LaVoie claims he was working security at a Nine Inch Nails concert last October at the Alliant Energy Center in Madison, Wisconsin, when he “was struck in the head by a cast iron microphone stand which had been intentionally thrown into the audience by the lead guitarist of Nine Inch Nails, Aaron North.”
