Marilyn Manson introduced Ozzy Osbourne, who received the Immortal Rock Award at the first ever Spike TV Scream Awards held at the Pantages Theatre in Los Angeles, CA last October 7. The award show paid homage to the genres of horror, sci-fi and fantasy, as well as comic book culture.
