昔取った杵柄という奴ですか。来年2月に予定しているそうです。Pusciferのライブとコメディのステージになるのかな。自ら、TOOLの偶像破壊に勤しんでいるのね。
KEENAN PLANS TO JOIN BETTE AND CHER IN VEGAS
TOOL frontman MAYNARD JAMES KEENAN is set to become the latest star to front a Las Vegas cabaret show.
The rocker is reportedly planning a residency at The Palms in Las Vegas, which will begin in February 09.
Sources claim the quirky variety show will feature comedy and music.
Keenan tells ThePulseofRadio.com that the show is not a new venture for him he fronted a similar project in Los Angeles before he became famous for his music.
He says, “I generally started off as a name that I was attaching to some of the comedy things I was doing with (comedian) Laura Milligan at this club called Tantrum which existed in the Diamond Club on Hollywood and La Brea.
“We’d have a variety show, lots of talent coming through there just kind of trying out their new stuff.”

Video footage of Christoph Schneider from German industrial metallers RAMMSTEIN laying down tracks for the group’s new CD earlier this month at a studio in Los Angeles can be viewed below.
RAMMSTEIN is recording the initial tracks for the new album in Los Angeles with Jacob Hellner and the production team of Ulf Kruckenberg and Florian Ammon. A studio has been rented near San Francisco for the bulk of the main recording work, which will be completed before the end of the year. An early 2009 release is expected.

Rubin has been playing drums since he was 8 years old, taking lessons from ex-Blink 182 drummer Travis Barker and the Hooters’ David Uosikkinen. He was entered into the Guiness Book of World Records for being the youngest player to perform on a Woodstock stage, after opening the ’99 Woodstock festival at the age of 11. Also while at the age of 11, he was picked by Modern Drummer Magazine as the “Best Undiscovered Drummer Under the Age of 18.”

Rubin revealed he will leave Lostprophets for good after finishing up the final touches on their forthcoming new album in Los Angeles, and is unlikely to play live with them again.
“As of January that’s [Nine Inch Nails] going to have to be my full time thing,” he told NME.COM. “I know that I’m not just in to fill in for a couple of months. I’ll be there for whatever needs to be done, and that’s basically that’s my new position.”
Rubin, who has been with Lostprophets since 2005, said his bandmates had been supportive about his decision to leave.
“They’re [Lostprophets] very supportive of me going because they knew it would be good for me,” he said. “They’re fans of Nine Inch Nails themselves so I can honestly say there’s no hard feelings. I’ll be able to leave on a positive note and remain friends with everybody.”
