I want to make clear that, aside from the wasted legal fees, in no way did I pay off the person that stood behind a keyboard–pretending to play music other artists in this band wrote. And I would not piss on Pogo if he was on fire. Thee end. Or is it? Let’s wait until all the really bad things I covered up for him are suddenly uncovered. I got a far more severe type of karma for traitors and people that owe me, legally alot more than what I wasted tolerating your rape of a band you never deserved to be in. M

I feel nothing for a person that betrayed me and my band. My band. And I’m sure that if anyone wants to discuss this with him personally, I won’t be so rude to NOT give you his or his family’s addresses. Since I payed for both soon to be destroyed buildings. That’s at least what I just had a dream of, that I awoke from. So good luck to you sir. You are gonna need it Sweet dreams M

MANSON SETTLES LAWSUIT
Shock rocker MARILYN MANSON has settled a multi-million dollar lawsuit from former bandmate STEPHEN BIER, but the agreement has been delayed by wranglings over legal fees.
Bier – also known by his stage name Madonna Wayne Gacy – accused Manson of breach of contract and filed a $20 million (£14 million) lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court in 2007.
The suit alleged Manson, real name Brian Warner, used money from their former band partnership to buy personal goods, including gifts for his ex-wife Dita Von Teese.
Manson countersued Bier, alleging he breached a contract by not fully participating in the making of master recordings, performing in concert, and helping to sell band merchandise – however, the challenge was dropped in January (09).
Manson maintained the band’s partnership was dissolved in 1996, but Bier – who left the group in 2007 – insisted the fund still exists and claimed he is entitled to a share of revenue.
The warring former bandmates finally reached a stalemate on 11 Dec (09) by agreeing a settlement. The terms of the deal were not divulged.
But the case cannot be resolved until another matter is cleared up – law firm Grodsky & Olecki, named as a defendant in the suit, has filed a lien for unpaid attorneys fees from 2007 when the company successfully persuaded a judge to drop all of Bier’s allegations against them. Bosses at the firm are demanding payment from the settlement money.
Judge Michael L. Stern scheduled a hearing for 15 January (10) to resolve the issue.
