海外記事より。Ditaが「チャーリーズエンジェル」シリーズの映画（チャーリーズ・エンジェル フルスロットル）を、映画の中のシーンで、自分のパフォーマンスを模倣したとして（権利侵害で）訴えました。例のマティーニ・グラスのお風呂のパフォーマンスだそうです。
Dita Von Teese has revealed she sued the makers of ‘Charlie’s Angels: Full Throttle’ for copying her act.
In the burlesque dancer’s signature performance she sings naked while sitting in a giant martini glass – an act that was copied in the action film.
Dita, who is married to goth rocker Marilyn Manson, admits she had no hesitation in taking legal action over the matter.
She told Britain’s Esquire magazine: “If somebody copies what I do in a really stupid and obvious way, like by putting a giant martini glass with a sponge olive in their film, then I have to do something. I’ve prevailed and they deserve what they’ve got.
“I’d worked with the choreographer for my act – the attorneys all looked at my footage, then at the movie and were like, ‘Oh.'” Dita has also revealed that photographers would try to trick her into using her pictures for phone sex adverts when she first started posing nude.
The dancer insists the industry she works in is full of people who want to take advantage of you.
She explained: “I learned the hard way a few times, but those people are paying for it now because they want to photograph me and can’t.
“It’s crazy what they put in front of these young, aspiring fetish or pin-up models, it says they can call you what they want, use any name they want, use it for phone sex ads, whatever.”
